Facilities Manager Jobs in North Carolina
A Facilities Manager in the real estate industry oversees the operational aspects of real estate properties, ensuring that the buildings and their services meet the needs of the occupants. This involves a broad range of responsibilities such as property maintenance, coordinating refurbishments and renovations, managing space allocation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising cleaning, security, and parking services.
