Site Acquisition Manager Jobs in North Carolina
A Site Acquisition Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for locating, researching, and acquiring new sites for development. This role involves negotiating with property owners, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, and working with architects and construction crews to ensure site suitability. A Site Acquisition Manager also oversees all stages of the acquisition process, from initial site identification through to final purchase.
