Leasing Analyst Jobs in Washington
A Leasing Analyst in the real estate industry is responsible for analyzing leasing data and creating detailed reports to support leasing decisions. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is often required. Certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) can be advantageous.
