Facilities Manager Jobs in New Jersey
A Facilities Manager in the real estate industry oversees the operational aspects of real estate properties, ensuring that the buildings and their services meet the needs of the occupants. This involves a broad range of responsibilities such as property maintenance, coordinating refurbishments and renovations, managing space allocation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising cleaning, security, and parking services. They should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of building systems. Familiarity with property law and relevant health and safety regulations is also vital.
