A Facilities Engineer in the real estate industry is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a property's infrastructure. Their duties often include managing preventative maintenance programs, supervising repairs, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing space usage.
