Strategy & Operations Manager - Solution Engineering, Product and Platform Solutions

Snowflake, one of the most iconic and fast growing technology companies, is looking for a strong Solution Engineering Operations Lead to help plan and deliver on the strategic initiatives and operations of the various Specialist teams within the Global Snowflake Solution Engineering (SE) organization. This role requires a unique blend of deep expertise in technical sales and a background in either SE Leadership or Strategy & Operations.

• Work closely with Senior SE Leaders in both the development and execution of strategic initiatives on a global and regional level

• Partner with the various SE Specialist teams (Partner SEs, Applied Field Engineers, Architects) to develop and maintain a streamlined approach to support the field with their operational processes and initiatives

• Align with the broader GTM Strategy & Operations team to support headcount and compensation planning activities and other tasks that pertain to supporting the SE organization

• Support the business data and analytics strategy by proactively reporting on key insights while also establishing and leading a regular cadence to review strategic measures across the business

• Collaborate with peers on the Global SE Operations team to ideate and deliver on global projects that align with the objectives set forth by the Global VP of Solution Engineering

• Bachelors degree

• 8+ years supporting a Presales or Solution/Sales Engineering organization with experience as an SE Leader or Strategy & Operations Lead

• Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to influence and improve SE productivity and GTM strategies

• Exceptional organization and project management skills with a proficiency for collaborating with others in a team environment

• Experience driving successful change management in a complex / matrixed environment

• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $182,000 - $260,400.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflakes bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
