As our Industrial Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our industrial equipment and facilities. You will develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, optimize processes, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/mentor maintenance team, fostering development.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Utilize CMMS for data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Drive process improvement.
• Manage vendor relations.

salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
