Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance function and ensure the optimal performance of our facilities. This is a direct hire position for the 1st shift (7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday) with additional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
Lead the Maintenance function.
Develop processes and procedures to safely and effectively maintain facilities for best-in-class performance.
Ensure high availability of equipment through an efficient preventative maintenance program.
Develop and assist with Capex solutions and installations, including contractor management.
Develop a technical document management system to include preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.
Complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records.
Maintain recommended spare parts and tools lists.
Develop and present the expense budget for the maintenance engineering function.
Build relationships with 3rd party service providers.
Serve as the company's representative with contractors.
Ensure all team members and subcontractors meet technical and safety training requirements.
Conduct and review safety analyses and reviews of hazards and energy sources.
Develop a system of compliance checks for operating and safety rules.
Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting requirements.
Implement training and education to enhance employee growth and job performance improvement.
Other duties as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years experience in operations and maintenance of facilities.
Demonstrated history of engineering problem solving.
Experience managing technologies at facilities or work locations.
Experience managing contracts.
Continuous commitment to safe operations and being an active role model.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Advanced degree and/or Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is a plus.
Experience with hydraulic systems, including hydraulic press, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic repairs.
Experience with preventive maintenance, 3 phase electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and Allen-Bradley systems.
Knowledge of pneumatics, servo motors, servo drives, servo valves, and 480V systems.
Experience with HVAC, AC/DC motors, maintenance repair, and fabrication.

This role is based in a large metal fabrication environment, which can be loud and dirty at times. The candidate will be expected to troubleshoot and repair the largest vertical milling machine in North America. The work schedule is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime as needed (45-50 hours per week).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
