Maintenance Supervisor

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Maintenance Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive salary of $68,500-$94,200.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year . For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 7:00am-3:00pm.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Support coaching, mentoring, and leadership of team members to achieve company and personal goals
• Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and overall team development
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for hazardous materials
• Oversee preventive maintenance to sustain production standards and efficiency
• Assist in managing refrigerant processes and planning future expansions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for resolution

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education
  • Required : Completion of two-year technical degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Desired : Bachelor's degree; automation technology packaging and manufacturing system graduation certification
• Licensing Required:
  • Certification in one or more maintenance related trade (including refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, millwright, plumbing, machining, etc.)
  • Forklift/scissor lift certification (ability to obtain and maintain)
  • Boiler's license (ability to obtain and maintain Special Engineering license at a minimum)
  • Hazwoper certification (ability to obtain and maintain)
  • Lock out/tag out (LOTO) (ability to obtain and maintain)
• Experience
  • Three or more years' experience of maintenance and/or supervisory experience in packaging and food processing repair
  • Experience with CMMS and PM systems desired
