Shift: 8:00-5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. No flex time
Type: 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities and job duties:
Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties
Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more
Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation
Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny
Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations
Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!)
A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality
Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Top-notch communication skills you'll be collaborating with a global team
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.)
A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN
Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens!)
High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
