Site Acquisition Manager

West Second Street Associates is a leading national firm specializing in build to suit lease projects with the Federal Government.  We lease and build buildings such as VA Clinics, Homeland Security, Courthouses, etc.  We are looking for a qualified individual to lead site search and site acquisition. This person will need to be able to travel. Should be well versed in Costar, Loopnet, Google Maps, Wetland Maps, Broker discussions, etc.
