Forest / property Manager

Needed Managerial skills able to interview skill workers and unskilled workers. 

Reserve is off grid, Handyman skills are a must.

Tree falls during storms.  Owning your own chainsaw is a must.   

Excavator is used to build trails.  Prior heavy equipment use is desired

This is off grid.  Knowlege of Solar or other off grid items is a plus.  

Must be comfortable to work alone in the woods.

Operating withing budget is needed.   Working with owner to develop budget.
