What is iScore Resume Match?

To further simplify the screening process, we provide an iScore on every resume, which scores a candidate's resume based on the keywords provided in your job description. So the higher the score, the better fit they are for the job. However, we encourage you to look at every resume because if the candidate does not have the right keywords, despite their experience and qualifications, their score may be deceptively lower. If you are receiving resumes via email, you will be able to see the applicant's iScore, but will need to log into your account to view the details.

To view scores for all applicants:

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on "Jobs."
  • Click "Manage" next to the job.
  • Click on the iScore to view the details and see how well the candidate's skills match your job ad's requirements.

If a ? is displayed instead of a score, it will take a few seconds to load when you click on it. We appreciate your patience as we work to increase loading speed. If "N/A" is displayed instead of a score, your job description does not include at least three skills. We encourage you to add more detail to your ad. This will help with scoring and, more importantly, will help to attract the right candidates. Scores are automatically recalculated after a job has been edited.
