Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, a sponsored real estate investment company (the “Company”), is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Associate Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate is a motivated multi-tasker with a strong ability to manage various tasks efficiently. Prior experience in real estate operations, administrative support, or logistics is preferred. The Associate Acquisition Manager will support the operations of our real estate company by providing administrative assistance, including document delivery, as well as performing hands-on, field-based tasks such as conducting vacant property inspections. The Company converts advertising and marketing leads to buy single-family real estate houses in any condition, as-is for cash from motivated sellers while providing fast and friendly service.
This position will be field-based, with duties performed on-site at different properties. Candidates must be based in Austin, TX.
All team members are expected to act as compelling representatives of the Company focused on delivering a superior client service experience.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
The hourly pay range for the role is $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr.
